Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for student laptops and storage carts (specifications attached). We received bids from six (6) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

CDW-G – $21,700.00
Central Technologies – $24,600.00
HPI – $24,128.00
Y & S Technologies – $19,655.00
CDI Computers – $25,038.00
SCW – $25,167.02

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the bid from CDW-G.
